A Place to Call Home
I can honestly say that, in all my years of renting from different properties, I have never lived in a community as welcoming, ... helpful, and committed to residents’ satisfaction as Hawthorne Properties is. From the day that I began the application process to move here in 2017, Hawthorne’s caring and efficient management and maintenance staff members have gone the extra mile to ensure that my experience here is a positive one. Each Hawthorne staff member excels in every possible way: - Always assisting residents in a professional, respectful, and cheerful manner - Offering clear and detailed communication to residents about upcoming maintenance tasks and important community news - Paying prompt attention to completing maintenance work orders - Promoting open communication between staff and residents - Providing a home-like atmosphere that includes festive, seasonal decorations - …and so much more! Excellent response to work order
I placed a work order for lint in the dryer vent. Denea called to set up an appointment. She suggested that the maintenance ... technician would probably check the vent from the inside of the house. The maintenance individual, Tony, arrived on time and went out of his way to see that everything was done correctly. He was cleaning up after he finished but I told him I would take over. I did not want to delay him if he had another work order. Both Denea and Tony were professional, courteous, and very easy to deal with. The complex here is most deserving of the five (5) star rating. Great place to live
Over the 2 years I have lived here, I have had wonderful experiences with all staff. They are responsive to maintenance needs ... which has been helpful in urgent situations. Having access to the gym and pool are wonderful amenities. The location and apartment layout are a bargain for the price compared to many other apartment complexes in the area. Nice place to live!
I have lived at The Villas since September, always had my own home. I so enjoy living in The Villas, they are so spacious ... and very nice. I love the upkeep and if you have a problem or concern the people take very good care of it. Always smiling faces and friendllness at the office. So glad I decided to live here. I have been considering retiring and moving to be closer to my family. Let me just put it this way, Hawthorne Properties ... has set the bar very high. No matter what I look at, it does not compare at all. I love where I live. The staff is the best--professional, yet personal and friendly. The maintenance staff is always ready to help out from major issues like my air conditioner just stopped to replacing the battery I purchased in a smoke detector at the top of my vaulted ceiling. They even offered to help carry a large package! The grounds are immaculate. There is lots of green space so our buildings are not squished together. I feel safe. The pool, my second home, and gym are wonderful. Needless to say, retirement is a definite. Moving just does not seem like an option. Thank you!!! Living at Hawthorne...
I have been a resident here two (2) different times, and want to commend the staff for their excellence in accommodating ... my needs and/or wishes. They replaced my microwave when it went on the fritz, gave me a CO/smoke detector (they offered to replace it, but I replaced it myself), replaced my sliding glass door (due to the seal between the glass panes being faulty), and have been very expeditious with any, and everything that I ask be done. I want to express my deep appreciation for the exceptional assistance. Due to my under-estimation, I damaged my weather-stripping ... above my garage door during my move-in (I back the trailer into the garage, and it was taller than I expected). I stopped by the office, told Denea what had happened, and the maintenance staff was onsite the following day to repair the damage. This place is wonderful!
